At Fly Amity, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and applies to all bookings and purchases made through our platform.

Please read this policy carefully alongside our Terms of Service before making any bookings or purchases.

Our standard policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from the date of your transaction, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • The product or service must not have been used or redeemed.

  • In the case of physical products, items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt, invoice, or booking confirmation).

  • For flights or travel-related bookings, refund eligibility depends on the airline’s refund policies and fare class.

Please note: non-refundable flight bookings (e.g., promotional or last-minute fares) are not eligible for refunds unless required by law or due to airline cancellation.


Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after booking

  • Services already provided (e.g., completed flights)

  • Downloaded or digitally delivered content

  • Perishable goods or time-sensitive services

  • Missed flights due to customer fault or delay

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Sale or discounted items unless faulty


Partial Refunds May Apply When:

  • The item or service was used partially

  • The return is received in damaged condition (not due to our error)

  • The refund request is made after 30 days, but still within reasonable limits

  • Refunds are requested on flight tickets with partial travel completed


Exchanges

We may offer exchanges only in cases of damage, error, or fault. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Refund Process

Once we receive your return or validate your service refund request:

  1. We will inspect and assess it.

  2. You will receive an email confirming the outcome.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Flight & Travel Booking Policy

All flight bookings are subject to the airline’s fare rules, cancellation policies, and service fees. Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Read the Terms of Service carefully before purchasing.

  • Review the fare class, refundability, and cancellation conditions of the selected airline.

  • Understand that some low-cost carriers do not offer refunds, even in cases of no-shows or missed departures.

Fly Amity acts as a booking agent, and all refund requests must comply with the airline’s policies and timelines.

Your information is securely hosted and protected by SkyWebHosting.nl. We maintain:

  • Secure, encrypted systems for customer data

  • Strict privacy standards under Australian and international law

  • No sharing or misuse of personal or financial information

  • Continuous server security monitoring and backups

Your personal and booking information is well maintained and safeguarded at all times.
